2. Platform Description

Health Talent Staffing is a marketplace that connects healthcare employers with healthcare professionals. Health Talent Staffing is not the employer of any professional listed on the platform. We provide the technology to facilitate connections; we are not a party to any employment relationship formed through this platform.

3. User Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the USA (for professionals)
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Employers must use a legitimate corporate email address

4. Healthcare Professionals

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile, credentials, and availability status
• You must keep your availability status current — stale profiles harm employers and the platform
• You must hold all licenses, certifications, and authorizations claimed on your profile
• You agree to receive re-confirmation messages to verify your availability is current

5. Employers

• You may search and contact professionals only for legitimate employment or staffing purposes
• Unlocking a professional's contact details is for hiring purposes only — not for spam, solicitation, or data harvesting
• You are solely responsible for conducting background checks, credential verification, and employment decisions
• Health Talent Staffing makes no warranties regarding any professional's credentials, availability, or suitability

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Creating fake profiles, providing false credentials, or impersonating others
• Using the platform to harvest contact data for non-hiring purposes
• Attempting to bypass security controls, OTP verification, or rate limits
• Submitting spam, fraudulent leads, or bot-generated requests
• Any use that violates applicable law

7. Limitation of Liability

Health Talent Staffing is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from employment decisions made based on platform information.

8. Intellectual Property

All site content, design, and code is the property of Health Talent Staffing or its licensors. Salary and licensing data is sourced from public agencies (BLS, state boards) and attributed accordingly per our Methodology page.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved under applicable federal and state law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
